Does anyone have the Integrity 10 Administrator's guide(s)? I cannot find them on PTC's website to save my life. I would love to have some good reference materials on version 10 but alas, nothing to be found.

Hi guys
Can you please help me I have been struggling with an issue with the PTC Integrity CM - Jenkins Plugin-Version: 1.16 and MKS 4.1
It is logging the belwo information when I run it

The login information is fine , the policy on the server is fine as well , I have enabled all users and all IP's to access everything on the server
Did anybody run into this in the past

MKS Integrity 2009 Visual Studio Integration Share from many locations
Hello,
Computer 1 Location 1 : I create a subproject and share it. Visual Studio/File/Import Solution/ will show the share in the list.
Computer 2 Location 2 : Visual Studio/File/Import Solution/ doesn't show the Share in the list.
Any idea why ? Thank you

Hudson - Integrity don't synchronize member
Hi everyone,
we're using Integrity 10.1 on OpenSuse 12 and Hudson 2.2.1 on Windows XP with the Integrity-Plugin 1.16.
It occurs sporadically, that Integrity don't synchronize several members. Sometimes an older file is on hdd, though the plugin write in the log, that the new one checked out. Sometimes new member are not checked out actually.
The option "clean workspace" decelerated the build-process and didn't resolve it at all time.
I can't find helpful informations in the log-files. Maybe someone can help?!

Howto Rename Subproject from lower to upper case
Hi,
by mistake a subproject has been created with a lower case letter "myproject" instead of upper case letter ("Myproject") in the beginning.
So I tried to rename it using the SI-Function "Subproject move" but I get an error message that the project already exists.
Is there any way to do this kind of rename?

Traceability between PTC Integrity and Enterprise Architect
Hi,
we want to create a connection between Integrity Items from PTC and packages/ elements from Enterprise Architect. Both tools have IDs with which they can be identified clearly. In the forum I read that there are several possibilities to get data out of PTC Integrity such as using command line scripting, running reports, using gateways, web services, API or trigger scripts.
My question is, which of these possibilities would you suggest when you want to connect one integrity item with one or more Enterprise Architect package/s or element/ s. Is there a way using a standard feature of PTC Integrity which helps the developer to get that task done with less changes in Integrity or do you suggest a self-made program which writes in each tool the specific ID/s from the opponent's tool to help the user for example to find the suitable UML diagram in the Enterprise Architect for an already open requirement integrity item of PTC Integrity faster?

Integration of MKS into MATLAB Simulink
Hi,
I'm a student from germany working on the integration of MKS into MATLAB Simulink. Via google I found out that there is a possibility to directly link Simulink Blocks to requirements in MKS, but it seems there is an addin or something similar needed (called mksmathworks.exe), to accomplish this integration. My Version of MATLAB meets all the requirements mentioned in this document

and I'm owning a full license of MKS Integrity 2009.
Is there anybody who can tell me how to conduct this integration of MKS into MATLAB and where I can get this mksmathworks.exe, mentioned in the link above.

Implementer and SQL DDL thoughts/standards?
We are on the System i (aka AS/400) using Implementer. We are transitioning from defining our physical and logical files using DDS to using SQL DDL to define SQL Tables and Views. I would like to get some thoughts and opinions from other users of Implementer that are using SQL DDL as to how they structure their SQL DDL script source members within Implementer and promote them through their various environments?
Any input/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Pulling an information from one item to another
My question here is, is it possible to pull information from an item (say a checked-in text file) to be used within another item that is being created based upon information entered within certain fields? This is an integrated review tool/item that will ultimately parse through a set of checklists and allow the user to select one of three that are available, for example.

Export to Word or RTF
I'm looking for a way to export Integrity Items into formats other than HTML.
Example:
We have a test-plan that is linked to several test-objectives and their test-sessions and related defects.
Our test department wants to create a test report document based on the data stored integrity for this test-plan.
As integrity is not the only source of data they need the ability to add additional information to the generated document.
So what I'm searching is a way th generate a Word or FTF document based on a Testplan.
As far as I know the Gateway tool can only export "segment" Items, so that is no option.
Currently all I can only produce HTML or XML reports using the "im runreport" command.
Any other ideas?

One Way Sync of MKS Source Servers?
I'm working with several development projects that want to start using Jenkins and our MKS Source 2009 repositories.
Since the use of Jenkins or CI tools in general is still very new here, there is reluctance in allowing our Jenkins server to connect straight to our production repository server until we get some more experience.
I've managed to negotiate a compromise where we can connect Jenkins to a "test" MKS Source Server and allow it to pull code from there. However for that to work I need a way for the changes committed to our production repository to get pushed to the test server, ideally every few minutes.
Any suggestions on a fast, stable method for sending changes from one server to the other?
