Creating projects/documents without configuration management license
I am currently trying to get started with ptc integrity for requirements management. However, I am stuck at the beginning, due to the fact that I seem to be unable to create any project or document without having a configuration management license. The company I work for did not deem this license necessary. Nobody in the company is using ptc integrity so far, so finding some help is difficult. Is it actually possible to create documents or projects without this license?
The exact error:
MKS124789: You require an Integrity Client license with configuration management capabilities.

Not able to re-synchronize complete folder
Hello PTC Team,
I am using MKS product from PTC.
I have created folder in my local drive. I am trying to re-synchronize a complete folder, but i am not able to resync.
I am able to sync individual files.
Could you please let me know what is blocking me to resync the complete folder.

How to show images in HTML report
We've been trying to run HTML Reports on objects such as Test Objectives & Test Sessions.
However this functionality does not provide the images (despite of the image's extension) in the report and instead show up as useless broken image icons.
Is there any way to include the images (or links to them) in the report?
Also, attachments in the report are not clickable links. Is there any way to enable users to be able to download the attachments from the report?

How to find out which report recipe is used by report
Hi all,
I'm currently stuck in a cleanup and refactoring task for our server setup.
I want to remove a number of duplicate or outdated report-recipes and I do not want to "harm" my users more than necessary.
So I need to find out which ( "user specifc" and admin) report instance is using which report-recipe file.
The
"im reports"
and
"im viewreport"
commands are currently of no help, as the desired infromation is not available as a field (or at least I didn't find it )
Any idea is welcome

Trigger Rules base on changes to Computed Fields
Through trial and error I have learned that using the Condition: Field != Field[New Value] as a Trigger Rule works for picklists etc but does not trigger when a Computed Field value changes. I can somewhat get around this by changing the trigger condition to reference the inputs to the computed field. However one of the field inputs is a computed field that I don't know how to generate otherwise. It is a computed field called Last Result which is computed based on the LastResult() command to come up with the last verdict for a Test Case. Does anyone have a simple way of 'triggering' a trigger to set a field in a Test Case when a test result changes?
